Richard P. Neimark
Richard P. Neimark has been practicing law since 1976. Mr. Neimark earned his Bachelor's degree from C.W. Post and then went on to graduate from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Neimark has tried over one thousand cases, both on the defense and plaintiff side. He is the senior founding partner of Neimark & Neimark, LLP. Presently Mr. Neimark enjoys a successful career as a plaintiff's attorney earning large settlements and awards for the unfortunate victims of accidents.
Mr. Neimark has an AV rating from Martindale‐Hubbell, which he highest possible rating obtainable indicating that he has very high ethical standards as well as very high to pre-eminent legal ability.
Mr. Neimark excels at resolving cases through mediations and arbitrations. By successfully resolving cases through mediation and arbitration, Mr. Neimark is able to save considerable expenses for his clients while maximizing their recoveries. Through settlement, trials and arbitrations, Mr. Neimark has obtained tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Most recently, Mr. Neimark successfully arbitrated a matter in which he was able to obtain a $2,000,000 recovery for his client who was injured in a motorcycle accident.

Marshall Adam Neimark
Marshall Neimark has been living in Rockland County for nearly 30 years. He graduated Clarkstown High School North in 1990. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Cornell University in 1994 and then attended Brooklyn Law School as a Dean's Merit Scholar. Upon graduation from Brooklyn Law School in 1997, Mr. Neimark began to work for his father at the law firm of Richard P. Neimark & Associates, LLP. Mr. Neimark did everything from filling to trial work in his early days of practice. In 2003, Mr. Neimark was made partner and in 2006 the name of the firm was changed to Neimark and Neimark, LLP. Presently, Mr. Neimark is the managing partner at Neimark & Neimark, LLP, making sure that the firm maintains its reputation as an office that works hard, efficiently, and successfully, while most importantly caring for our clients.
Neimark enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exercising, and keeping up with the latest technology. In addition to the above, Mr. Neimark can be found in his home office working on client matters.

Morris Sinensky
Morris Sinensky graduated from Brooklyn College of the City of New York with a bachelor's of arts. He then earned his juris doctor from the University of Detroit and has been practicing law with Richard P. Neimark since 1979. Together with Richard, Mr. Sinensky has helped to build a successful practice protecting the rights of personal injury and auto accident victims. Mr. Sinensky is a partner at Neimark & Neimark, LLP. His knowledge of the law is extensive and he knows the intricate details of how to prepare a case from inception to trial. Ira H. Lapp
Ira H. Lapp is a lifelong New City resident who graduated Clarkstown High School North in 1991. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1995. Thereafter, he attended Pace Law School, obtaining his juris degree cum laude in 1998. While attending Pace Law School, he served as a clerk for the Honorable Sondra Miller in the Appellate Division, Second Department as well as for the Honorable Charles L. Brieant in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
Upon graduating Pace Law School, he began working for a law firm specializing in insurance defense litigation. In early 2001, he became an associate with Neimark & Neimark, LLP, and in 2005, he was named a partner in the firm. Mr. Lapp also excels at the practice of personal injury. He successfully prepares cases from inception to trial making sure to dot every "i" and cross every "t." Mr. Lapp is an excellent legal writer and frequently defeats motions made by the defense. He also does appellate work on behalf of the firm.
Ira H. Lapp is happily married with two children. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in gourmet food. Like Marshall Neimark, Mr. Lapp can also be found in his home office working on client matters.

George G. Coffinas
George Coffinas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with honors from New York University in 1979. While at New York University he was Magna Cum Laude, elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and captain of the varsity wrestling team.
Mr. Coffinas went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from George Washington University National Law Center in 1982. Mr. Coffinas has been practicing law since 1983. He was admitted to the Eastern District in 1983 and the Southern District in 1984. Mr. Coffinas has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble. This is the highest rating that is possible to obtain and signifies his very high ethical standards and preeminent legal abilities.
Since 1983 Mr. Coffinas has been in private practice. He is presently a partner at Coffinas & Coffinas, LLP, excelling in tort and commercial litigation in New York state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level. He has served as trial counsel to the tort bar. Mr. Coffinas has tried in excess of 150 cases to verdict and his verdicts and settlements are in the tens of millions of dollars. Mr. Coffinas' main practice areas are medical malpractice, products liability, business torts, and civil rights litigation.
In 2008 Mr. Coffinas entered into a joint venture with Neimark & Neimark LLP combining their civil litigation practices to allow for more time to be dedicated to trial work.
From 1990 to 2000 Mr. Coffinas was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee for Olympian Bank, a New York state chartered commercial bank.

Mark Cambareri
Mark Cambareri was admitted to practice law in New York state in 1997. He graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Oswego and earned his JD from PACE UNIVERSITY in White Plains, New York. He is a member of the Rockland County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
Mr. Cambareri has practiced on both the defense and plaintiff side of personal injury law. He wokred extensively in drafting and opposing Motions for previous law firms. He also was a case manager at these firms where he was responsible for making sure all files assigned to him were being appropriately processed. Steven M. Fleckner
Steven Michael Fleckner has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as New Jersey, since 1997. Mr. Fleckner graduated from the prestigious George Washington University in Washington D.C. and from there earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Hofstra University School of Law in 1996. During his tenure at Hofstra Law School, Mr. Fleckner was the recipient of several awards, including his Volunteer Recognition Award for performing extensive pro bono work for the underprivileged members of the School's surrounding community.
Mr. Fleckner has extensive and wide-ranging courtroom and trial experience and has spent most of his professional career practicing in the courthouses of New York City.
