Our law office was founded by Richard P. Neimark in 1975. He is the second generation of personal injury attorneys in the Neimark family. Richard’s father, Milton Neimark, was also a noted personal injury attorney. Unfortunately, before Milton and Richard were able to practice law together, Milton passed away. To Richard’s great pleasure, a third generation of Neimark lawyers is also practicing, Richard’s son, Marshall Adam Neimark. For three generations the Neimarks have been fighting for accident victims in order to protect their rights and compensate them for their injuries.

Our mission statement is simple: We are not satisfied unless our clients feel like they are part of our family. In order to obtain this goal, we treat all of our clients with the same respect and devotion as we would members of our own families.
